I still remember watching Don twice in theater....the reason - The first time when we went, we cannot hear anything as everytime Amitabh comes on screen or speaks a dialogue people none stopped clapped or shouted his name.
In my life time I have never seen personnel effection towards any other star that Amitabh has received.
I still remember watching Shaneshah after buying the ticket for Rs400.00 in black..... I am sure the 400 of that time is around rs.7000-8000 of today. And the best part was when Amitabh first came on screen moving his iron hand and delivered the dialoge "Riste me to hum tumare baap hote hai" all the money was vasul.....you feel you have watched something when you come out of Amitabh's moves in that time........be it Don or Great gambler, Agneepath, Namak Halaal, Trishul, Deewar,Shaarbi,Satte pe Satte or many more.
We will never have another Amitabh and I feel my son and daugher are that unlike to have a hero of Amitabh's magnitute......

There r far far better actors than this amutabh....check Victor banerjee's "Passage to India", Soumitra Chatterjee'smovies...they can do Romance at the same time Deep Emotions....what thia Amitabh does is "talk and talk and very easy acting". When U talk about 3 hour long boring Hindi Videos, no one cares for any acting. Imagine if u drive, ride on a Bullock Cart, do u care for the headlight.

Keep that idiot bangoStars with you, nobody buy this, who will go watch those actors named with boring acting..Keep that view with you. They didnt reach 10% of fate what Big B has received, so dont ever compare this.

Thats why Amitabh is a star and your so called great actors are not hear anywhere in India and may be even in Bengal. Try to appreciate what is good and ward of negativity, you will come up in your life as I doubt with this kind of mindset you have ever achieved anything in life. Good luck to you.

Dillip kumar, was a chindiChor infront of Big B. He was not even number one star in his time, forget to compare all time great Big B.
