It is definitely a one time watch movie! Amir khan & Nawazuddin rocks in their respective roles! The editing could have been a little tighter especially in the middle parts where the storyline is allowed to drift a little. One small point -the director has gone thru great pains to give real look to her actors -then the Kareena Kapoor look really does not go with her part -a small time prostitute working in Mumbai red lite area -she looks more like a high society call girl ! but overall hats off to Amir for once again experimenting on a good story !

@Maihoon Don are you on Prozac? Okkk.Let me explain to you, CID movie- goood.Talaash movie- goood.You- cuckoo. Please stop p00ping all over this forum with your D1arrhea infested mouth.
As expected, a wonderful movie from Aamir khan, where the story maintains its thrill till the end. At the end when the curtain moves off from the suspense and you recapitulate the whole movie, u find that each and every scene in the movie was placed with great precision directing the story line towards a clue. A must watch and Paisa wasool movie.
I just saw Talaash. I have looked at some review...most of them are good.....I just don't know why...the movie is just bad...the murder mystery is so slow that in the middle of the movie...you just lose the interest...and at the end it is not even worth it.

The shock which comes at the end made the movie suddenly interesting.
The message that Aamir has tried to give through this film is the deep underlying memories people have in their lives due to some accidents or happenings in their lives . Kareena couldnt believe that she was not rescued by three men when they only cared for their frined but not her as she was a pro..how people lose their humanity in times of crisis and need.. and secondly through the death of their son from aamir and rani ; who in their own ways struggled and tried to survive from their trauma of their son's real real unfortunate death .. i liked the way the movie tried to give this message through the suspense drama and actually it was a very very difficult movie to present but kudos to the directors who made it where the film is today..at the end of the day every movie is determined by its repeat value and i for one came out of the movie hall ; gave some time to myself , thought and found out that this movie had something for every human being to think in their lives for which i may go on to see the movie again . So often in our life we say that lets move on from the past and so on ; but this movie shows truely that some incidents keep on coming back to haunt people and people attempt ways to rekindle them as it satisfies their mind and makes them happy and how they cant pardon themselves from thinking that they were responsible somehow for their destiny at present .

I totally agree with you. How many times have we seen a movie where a man, dealing with a trauma, reacts?? Thr first half of the movie was incredible, though the second half could have been better. But overall, nice movie.

man , u dont need to painstakingly explain the emotions behind the movie, no 1 here is st u pI d.... may be u need a shrink
The dead son's message to father, letter to Dadda that he wants his parents to see them live in peace as the accident was not due to them. A noble message using support from the most disturbing in human locality, brothel. Critics are pointing minute details ignoring broad and clear message to suffering parents.
