FYI Kareena Kapoor is a ghost in the movie which is simply ridiculous for Aamir Khan standard movie.

Raja being cruel is not a new thing & him being cruel to ALL of Aamir's movies is not only getting tiresome but smacks of some personal animosity. However, it'd be novel, if not downright shocking an idea if he were as much "cruel" to ANY of SRK's flicks.
