I hope any of the top executives of SUN n SAND look at this. I was at SUN n SAND shirdi on 22 July 2012 while returning from Johannesburg. What i found was really terrible. There were flies in the Deluxe suit,horrible cutlery and menu for breakfast. I took some pics as well,i dont know if some one cares to see it,ican make it avaialble.The hospitality was also missing.Please guys improve for better customer satisfaction if you want to see more such milestones.
