Totally fed up with this movie... no logic, no story. i still wonder how anushka fell in love with nagarjuna.. climax was very bad with graphics. even big stars are still acting in movies like this how will tollywood improve :(

Indeed, this movie is a revelation with its genre being soci-fantasy, good songs (including the one of Lord Siva and pancha lingas), no non-sense approach (except for item song) and for the sheer presence of ravi shankar and pure telugu diction.. every one with their childhren can watch this movie and go back relaxed..
Hello Radhika, No offense, but your review looks a bit biased to me. I don't mean you gave a negative review. When you say that graphics are not that great, what are you comparing it with. The comedy bit was one of the things most viewers found entertaining, you say it was unwarranted. For a reviewer, I want to advise you that, when you are going to watch a movie, please go with no expectations, no prejudices, please be as unbiased as possible. Write about the moments you enjoyed too. From what I hear from other reviews, the whole movie was not all that bad as you just made me feel. Please keep in mind, that regular audience are not all film buffs and don't know all the technical aspects of the film. What they like is If the story is good, If their favourite actor acted well. See..the movie is a regular telugu movie with all masala elements. One should appreciate Nag in this context since he tries out different types of movies not just sticking to one formula. Whilr people always complain most tollywood movies are routine, such movies should be encouraged. Films itself are an out of real life projection so there is nothing wrong in Damarukam. The special effects are worth a watch. If "Eega" with no logic became a huge hit why not Damarukam
