I am from Moradabad, I have seen how and from what background-level Chadha family setup this big empire.
Go to any liquor shop in UP or Moradabad next to Chadha house, every bottle of Liquor is over priced, when you ask the shop keeper why you are asking more than MRP he says this money goes to Chadha.
Suppose 1 beer bottle printed MRP is 85 Rs, Shopkeeper will openly ask 100 rs, when you say MRP is 85 why should I pay 100 rs, the answer is 15 Rs goes to Chadha.
So anyone can understand the black money these guys looted from common man by that only these guys earned and made money. Without political support no one can make such a huge money and cannot cheat with public openly

What was the government doing ?
I don't blame Chadha for charging rs 15.00 more on a beer bottle whose MRP is rs. 85.00.....He was that kind of person and he did what he thought he can get away with..........my point is what was the government dong ? Why did not do anything to stop this... I will say the government looted that rs 15.00 from comman mans pocket. A country were government offical are corrupt to this level nothing can be achived.......I will argue youngsters to try everything to get out and live better life. I am saying this with lots of anger and agony..becuase I am a common man and I know I cannot fight against a corrupt system...........extremely sad to write this.

WHY SOLICIT ALCOHOL AT ALL? STOP CONSUMING & THE BUSINESS WILL AUTOMATICALLY FIZZLE OUT. AFTER ALL, LIQUOR IS ONLY LINKED WITH HUMAN DOWNFALL & NEVER EVER CONTRIBUTES TO HUMAN PROGRESS.
I REMEMBER A LESSON WE HAD IN OUR SCHOOL TEXTBOOK, A SHORT STORY BY THE GREAT LEO TOLSTOY.
THERE'S A FARMER WHO'S VERY, VERY POOR; ALWAYS NECK DEEP IN DEBTS & TROUBLES. BUT ONE YEAR, THERE'S A WINDFALL OF A CROP & HIS LUCK PICKS UP. NEXT YEAR, HE BEGINS THINKING OF WHAT TO DO OF THE SURPLUS CROP & STARTS DISTILLING VODKA. SLOWLY, SLOWLY, YEAR BY YEAR, HE BECOMES A DRUNKARD, & THE HOG IN HIM COMES OUT. THE STORY ENDS ON A TRAGIC NOTE WHERE HE GOES TO THE EXTENT OF TRADING HIS DAUGHTER. (PARDON ME, IT WAS 30 YEARS AGO & THE CLIMAX, I DON'T REMEMBER SO CLEARLY.)
I dont think 99% of India even feels sorry for him and his brothers death. The way I see it is...2 goons killing each other in the haste of greed. Their contribution to society is nothing more then making poeple drunk and looting their money.
