Poor movie
by Kamal B on Nov 18, 2012 07:23 AM  | Hide replies

Yash Chopra tried to put lot of glamour in the film as present generation needs but that not good for the Romantic films bcoz still in 21 century young ppl likes the un glamour romance like DDLJ.
Film fails at:-
1- Use of shorts to gals in romatic film wow thats not good at all (not family movie just an masala movie)
2- AR Rehman not good for the Romantic songs ..he just good for the dance and Opera types music..(Now d'nt comment that he is oscar winner..he is OSCAR winner for the POP songs)

FILM only done well in first day because of festive season.

Please stop watching movies.
Richer are becoming richer and poor are becoming poorer. Also this adds on Obscenity , Losing indian culture , losing moral values. You cannot watch it along side with your mother & sister without having a remote control in your hand.

Do some charity work instead...
Thankyou.

his movies can only go upto superhit status, even akshay is giving now days superhit.
If he is still king of bollywood, why couldn't he be able to turn a movie into blockbuster like aamir and salman. also considering he is doing only single movie in a year.

Bala_Saheb's demise may dampen the spirit of movie_goers in Mumbai..

Its all ok but the movie will be made a hit by those who do not know english or do not read any review. They go to watch a movie after daily struggle for existance,he may be a bus conductor,Taxi driver or a hotel boy. This section forms the core of Indian audience.India is not a developed country to critically analyse sense and sensibilities. Our suffering billion needs instant_kick for relief...

For the same reason, dynasty retains power generation after generation.Freebies and emotions work among illiterates. So,if such movies flops,it will be tough for G-family.Failure of trash_movies will mean that people are becoming aware and sensible and therefore will dump corrupt congress into Arabian sea in 2014.So,paid media should see that all movies become hit till 2014 and people sink in movie_opium and elect Raul_Jee as our next PM.

Flop show
by Kamal B on Nov 18, 2012 12:02 AM  | Hide replies

one can no more tolerate shahrukh playing role of a young charming boy and that too with Katrina as they do not make a good couple anyway. both were looking overaged as shown. Anushka was comparatively better but Shahrukh would have looked better in a role of her father than a boy friend anyway.
Storyline, direction, music, songs everything was pathetic. even location which used to be yash chopra's strength was old and boring.
one should waste his time and money for this movie

JTHJ - Best movie of the year!
by SanjayK on Nov 17, 2012 11:27 PM  | Hide replies

Excellent cinematography..beautiful locations, good background music, moving story and fine performances.. Moreover is is completely different kind of romantic movie and it will be remembered for years for its unique style. It is a true masterpiece from Yashji.. Most of the people enjoyed the movie just because of pure way love has been represented. JTHJ is so far the best movie of the year and its a must watch!

the screenplay has so many holes, after a point you lose count. When and how did a waiter from London join the Indian army, rise to the rank of Major and was allowed by his superiors to go around diffusing bombs without protection, just to defy death? How many bombs are there in Kashmir, sinc
e the Major seems a very busy man? (His count by the end of the film is 108 and we aren't exactly in Iraq.) How is a rookie journalist let loose in high-risk situations without proper authorisation or even a basic crew? What happens to the father's character in the second half? And the army job after the retrograde amnesia? The list goes on...

Boxoffice speaks
by Kamal B on Nov 17, 2012 05:44 PM  | Hide replies

SRKK_fanz crying foul. These many excuses u will hear from SRRK for movie not breaking Tiger'ss records. Where are all SRK fans who were claiming that he is the biggest star so he will get more screens. Its funny to see they coming up with petty excuses because screens were divided between sos and jthj and because Ek tha tiger was solo release that's why Ek tha tiger did good business. The reality is SRK's star power is gone...

Ett released on eid and did a good business and jthj released on diwali so all people will busy in doing puja and celebrate diwali ok. If salman has a star power tell him to compete with SRK'S film on diwali.
Ett was such a boring film it didnt even run atleast 10days in AP state
