or may be its money & influence that makes the end result. Madhur has enough money to bribe. I don't even remember any high profile person in India who has ever been convicted.
This is unfair, the accuser gets off scott free. I think in case of educated and well to do women, the courts should not take their words to be presumed true. And in case it is a false allegation, the accuser (as long as she is not poor, or ordinary position) should be forced to pay compensation
