Not interested in those films...otherwise it will be about riots, pain and anguish and not fun and entertainment that could be in SOS
Oh come on.. Neither Viacom 18 and Eros are underdogs nor Ajay Devgn is a less popular star. But its better to leave the matter in the hands of exihibitors to think which movie is more profitable to them this Diwali. And also the audience. If this south remake is better than then certainly it will earn profits. Taare Zamin Par was a blockbuster even if Welcome was released with it on the same day.
In capitalism, role of regulators and competition commission in particular is very important. In most developed countries, they breakdown a company if it is found to be too dominant.
In India it happens so often that regulators don't want to play tough. Most of Politicians and bureucrats collide with corporate world to provide favourable treatment to them. Corporates fix prices between themselves for products and services, have commission system rampant across the country and so on.

I keep on repeating this and I hate it but does not sink in your pea brain. I am no SRK fan but here is simple math: Bollywood - SRK = 0
remember how SAV blocked cinemas during 2010 diwali for G3? action replayy ka dewala hogia tha.. i think AD has learnt from Vipul's experience at the cost of Akshay kumar. maybe akshay kumar is behind all this as he wants to destroy srk for a long time. also now ajay devgnd is asking everyone to delay their films by 2 weeks. if this happens, AK will benefit the most as K786 will be pushed to cristmas week. come on india, lets stop these practices of AK.
Re: seriously, this same practice has given some mileage to AD
