unless voting is 50-50 in favor of sms and judges.. the contest has no credibility.. what are the judges sitting there for once voting begins ..and then express fake anguish every week
I think that SMS system of deciding the winners can be rigged very easily. the program organizers need to device better method so that crediblity remains intact. maybe judges need to be provided with more powers. The show will still be engaging else it is like the fate of loakpal bill and the winners jokepal lulls.

I agree 100%. Its a proven fact that only 2% of the population can sing. less than 7% of human population can ascern the difference between very good singing and average singing.
With this being the case how can general public rate singers who have reached finals of a premier national singing contest? Its downright foolishness.
Singers SHOULD be chosen only by a team of professionals working in the system. They can have as many support from the talented professional to support their judgement. Also the judgement need not have to be made the same day! It should be released after couple of days when they have had a chance to carefully evaluate the singing several times over!
