Irrespective of what she put on she would have won hearts of millions had she attended the festival with her baby doll. Is not Motherhood and Mothercare adored world over. Ash baby win our heart with baby in tow.

I suspect the baby would very much be with her at Cannes, as it is not usual for a mother to stay away from such an small infant for extended periods.
Having said that, I think the baby would be with a nurse & nanny at a hotel room.
Usually infants are not displayed at such events. The Bacchans have not published many or perhaps any photos of the latest addition to their family, but even other people usually showcase their infants at different venues not at Cannes, which is more like a 'Trade Fair' for films, like the Auto Expo etc.
I must say Aish has matured very well over the years, from an inexperienced girl - woman, to the confident, poised & fabulously beatiful as ever international celebrity.
BTW, I saw here on TV at Cannes, and people lined up in the horrible weather to take her autographs et al.
For too long, we have let people with a certain type of taste dictate to us that a seriously undernourished person with the figure of an adolscent is the epitome of beauty and skinny is healthy.
I suspect this is just to allow for more and more chemicals & cosmetics and a hughe industry survive. People's natural tendency is to eat and live well and have a full figure. Like real men & women.
