I don't think it is a great year for Indian cinema. Barring a few exceptions, the quality of Indian Cinema, in other terms, Bollywood has deteriorated considerably over the years. And it has tried to imitate hollywood but failed miserably...Readers comment appreciated.

God knows if it's a great year for Indian Cinema or not.

But one thing is for sure that whenever you go out of India, your wife & bollywwod hunks have a great time.

No I think Anurag is right...I saw Paan Singh, Kahaani and Vicky Donor and I would say I am pleasantly surprised...it has been a really good year till now!

Would you say Anurag has commented taking 'Indian' cinema in to consideration or is it just Bollywood ? Coz Indian cinema is larger than Bollywood ! I saw him mention only a couple of Hindi films, which in fact were killer films (honest). But is he going to represent the entire Indian film industry and talk from Bollywood's perspective ?! Anurag is a sensible director and I deeply enjoy watching his films.. But I sincerely don't want to see him turn into a Karan Johar !
