I love Kamal as an actor, but Kamal as a director....
by ramanujam srinivasan on May 02, 2012 12:38 AM

I'm a big fan of Kamalahasan films..But recently,I realised that among tamil directors and storywriters. He's the one who has liberally "borrowed" story plots from Hollywood movies than anyone...

Even movies like Anbe Sivam,Apoorva Sagothargal,Devar Magan,Thenali,Magalir Mattum,Soorasamharam have inspiration from Hollywood movies...

It was shocking to me but it is the truth

Master of Acting and Actors Actor Kamal Haasan is sure to give us all an all-time blockbuster. Viswaroopam will become 2012s biggest hit. Absolutely no doubt about it.

At the end of the day its Indian cinema not about tamil or hindi
by rajmohan on May 01, 2012 10:30 PM

Guys ,why we don't show open mindedness when it comes it to Tamil cinema and don't forget our Bollywood movies including house-full2 either inspired or remade from Tamil cinema. like bolly wood they have class and good looking actors and not so good actors as well.

And do look forward other movies which are high budget like billa2 and thupaki follow.

I follow all cinemas at the moment Tamil cinema looks very healthy... and I am not an south indian , I wil answer that before you guys ask :P

hmm
by SX on May 01, 2012 09:27 PM  | Hide replies

Very surprised with 2 things about this movie!!
1. The huge budget and the source of money for him to produce it.
2. His overconfidence in the movie to start working on the sequel already!!

I just wish the above 2 things work out well as Im a big Kamal Haasan fan...

I just wish the audiences will support him for his effort even at this age...

But most importantly I really wish the content of the movie and the making is original and special rather than being another copy of a foreign movie that hes seen first!!

after all he is most successful actors in india after shivaji for doing different roles,

some actors after giving 4 ,5 hits that too by copying acting over smartly, then y not kamal who is already in this field over period 51yrs and made history with his films
