I find it very strange that Preeti has filed a rape case. It seems her lawyer is giving her wrong advice. Preeti has not been raped, she has been cheated. Madhur promised her a role in lieu of having physical relations and has now backtracked on his promise. Preeti, if you ever happen to read this, my advice to you is, file a cheating case, not a rape case. you'll have a better chance of winning.

You are right as it is a bottomless case when the charge is "raping on several occasions",which could be by mutual consent only.
