Cliff Richard was born in Lucknow,where other well known singers/music directors like Talat Mahmood and Naushad were also born.His Summer Holiday,Young Ones are even now famous.
They were all born before 15 August 1947. Therefore, they were all British, with British passports, with the choice to become Indian after 15 August 1947.

Tom Alter and Bob Crasto are sold out to Hindi Flicks.Both speak better Hindi than English.
