Sachin Should Retire
by Sachin Tendulkar on Mar 21, 2012 03:55 PM

Sachin should retire immediatley from One day Cricket, he cannot keep pace with the firebrand and aggressive one day Cricket played these days, he sitll playing like he plays in 90's scoring a Century in a Year and that too against Bangladesh and that too in 150 balls....today's cricket it should be other way around 150 of 100 balls, Sachin as much you want to play and contribute to the Indian Cricket Team, your body won't simply allow you to do so, it is a simple fact of life which you are can't or not willing to understand

P.S. I'm a Sachin Fan and my Advice is he should retire.

Sachin Ruined India's Asia Cup Chances
by Sachin Tendulkar on Mar 21, 2012 11:14 AM  | Hide replies

10dulkar, in his quest for his meaningless century, gifted the match to Bangladesh. In any other country he would get fired for doing this. Only in India he is treated like a hero. Look at him he is strugling to make run between wickets, we lost to Bangladesh due to his slow scoring rate, why is he so fasicnated about this Hunderds , what 48 centuries in 500 matches, only 10 % rest 90 % he failed, how many matches he has own for us may be 10 % ..Selfish Player, he should be shown the door, and Lata Mangeshkar is another Selfish woman who like sachin never allowed other singers to shine when she was in her prime. Regional Racisam is what Lata Mangeshkar represents.

Dont know why does'nt media put at least one artical - when we lost to Bangladesh due to his slow batting. They are quick to put a comment that so and so did well becuse he went as per Sachin's advice.

Sachin's Century costed India the Final in Asia Cup
by ajay kumar on Mar 20, 2012 10:51 PM  | Hide replies

Congratulations a ton to Sachin for making his 100th century. It hardly matters if India lost the match to Bangla Desh because of Sachin's slow scoring rate. The scoring rate only increased after his century but it was too late.
How does it matter ? His personal records have improved despite his claims that he does not play for records.
Don't lament for India not reaching the final of Asia cup.Two years later, Sachin will score another century at Bangla Desh. Cheer up! Sachin will be there to make more and more records.Asia Cup? CB Series? Australian Test Series? Huh! Who cares ? Care for the cricket legend for years to come. Probably till the next world cup !

The problem with these celebrities is that they will only quit until they fail or shown the doors. And the problem with us is that we want them to quit when they are in prime of the form to show a little bit of character. Those who quit live like legends those who don't are like rotten stuff no matter how good they were???

Hmm, so tell me this? Will you quit your work after a good performance throughout the year or you would like to go on or rather with the knowledge acquired during that successful year, you would look for quitting but the company and join a new one??? They after their good performance for the country should quit, if not, they are like rotten stuff! and you, we, the people, Who ditch our company just to get a few thousdands extra are gems of this nation?
Completely agree iwth Lataji " I have to say we, as a nation, do not respect our greatest treasures."

I haven't written anything bad. Why the moderator is deleting my messages?????????????????
Do you expect a person to work after retirement age of 58 even if he/she is doing well when there are so many young people are out there desperately looking for opportunities. If you like someone, no problem but don't be obsessed with him. This is the problem with our Indians. That's why our politicians are not leaving their chairs at the age of 80. Wake up mate.

You can work up to 100 years if it is your own business, but not certainly at the cost of our country. He will quit until he is told. His fate is decided.

Dude, I am working here in Singapore for a government company... and I can assure you that people do work being in their 60s... And where is this rule stated that a person should not work after retirement? And for your argument... retirement age of 58-60 years... atleast thats a defined age of retirement... Who are you to decide an age for retirement in cricket? No one knows better than the player himself... And its not about being someone's fan... would have written what I have above if it was for someone else... but the point is "We, the Indians, take great pleasure in pointing out fault at others"... No wonder u r what ur profile name is!!!

With due respect to our legendary singer and cricket players, why does she only pick out Maharashtrian players. I'm just amazed while reading this though! Isn't this regional and subtle racism.
