paresh palicha always says lal shines in the movie. keeping this in my mind i watched grandmaster. but i was really disappointed by mohanlal performance. i didnt find any thing new. all the same expressions and acting. grand master bcame hit becos of its content. but that film also lacked script wise. i dont know how this film might have come come i never find mohan lal shines in any recent movies.

frankly speaking i cudnt find much difference in his acting in grandmaster. there is no power of his acting in it. lal nowadays acting as if that he attained his maximum. there is nothing new he delivers in his acting. im very much disappointed with his performance. for me last good performance was vadakumnathan

I personally feel maybe he is making a conscious attempt to pick and choose the movies he does. Grand Master and Now this. There is no denying that he is one of the finest actors in the country.Certianly one of the top five actors in the country.

If you have seen Bhramaram and Thanmathra, when he was bulky, and say you couldnt find any expressions coming out of him, then you are probably blind.. Lal's only issue was in acting movies with out a strong script..

go and watch mohanlal old movies. how expressive he was and how he is doing it now. each movie he gives morethan the script. becos of that he was ultimate star. but now he is no more. he lost that touch. i doubt he can reach till the age of 60 as mammotty.

pranayam is not at all mohan lal movie. its anupam kher movie. and he is the hero in that movie and not mohan lal. and i didnt feel mohan lal performance impressive in it. dont know why he did that movie.
