fit for rendering ghazals. Urdu is gr8 classical lingo whihc overpowered skt. YOu cannot sing ghazals in sanskrit. That is the reason for demise of sanksrit and the emergence of hindi and urdu. instead of complaning south indians should try and learn this great language and enjoy the feel of ghazals. :)

Sanksrit is itself was not fit for gahzals. tamil, kannada and telugu wont even stands a chance

no way. All civilization started only from 7th Century and only part of India was gifted wenough to get it by the turn of 10th Century.

No extra qualis required. Given the importance by some people for a certain language its fitness can be gauged.

Urdu is derived from Saksrit (so are many Indian languages). So stop posting bullshit.
