Commerically viable..you must be kidding..they could have cast an attractive looking talking doll in her place, and the box office results of those movies would have been just the same..she is basically following the Kareena/Priyanka route to success..basically act in the bimbo roles alongside the top heroes, and then bask in their glory, when the movies turns out to be a hit based on the hero's presence..
