How can Raja Sen can give his verdict for 2 xtreme movies - Shanghai and Rowdy Rathore ?? It's like asking a dentist to do a heart transplantation job????

U r wrong...Its the other way...Dhanush copies Emraan style...Dhanush is bad at kissing as he does not brush his teeth just like most of the Tamil guys
SHANGHAI is no doubt a good film from Indian point of view. In case of Bollywood film fraternity, its a fresh air for them.the new style and form of making uplift the film. But from world perspective it is just a good film. Because the form and the style is not unseen for them.

This film is made for Indian audience and not for international awards. If Indians are happy producers are also happy. The collections are picking up fast for this film according to media reports.
With excellent reviews by critics and so much publicity by Rediff, this movie has failed miserably. Rowdy Rathore is blockbuster despite very poor (1) rating by Raja Sen and Massand! Same thing happened with Three Idiots and Dabang. These critics are out of touch with masses and they have their own concepts of good or bad movie which does not click with audience. Raja Sen is expert in confusion(!) writing!! Nobody understands it and movie becomes hit!

Who told you that film has faired badly. It has already bagged Rs. 12 crores in two weeks and collections are fast picking up. Success of cheap entertainers like Dabaang and Rowdy Rathore shows that majority of film viewers are youngsters who seek only entertainment no quality. If reviews are good the film need not receive mass appeal it is meant to be for class audience. Box Office is nothing to do with quality of a movie. Even Dabba films earn crores in India.

I've watched the movie.. and trust me its not anti national. It just showcases the political and Crime world nexus (Something which we all have been already made aware by the media, time and again) Being a political movie doesnt make it automatically into an anti national movie.. The sorry state of politics is quite apparent in india.
