but he was indias first superstar..he virtually ruled bollywood in his hey days..can you say the same about srk..?

his author is trying to defame Khanna. Just consider the logic - Khanna despite being the highest paid actor was appraoched by producers again and again thats the reason he has 106 solo hero films and only 22 muti star films.He holds record for max films as solo lead hero author backed roles.Producers never shied away. Plus each producer and director has repeated Khanna in 3 films minimmum.His filmography from 1966-1991 proves a lot. He has min 2 films releasing every year from 1969-1991. He has 95 box office hits and got the best music because he used to sit for music sessions.Thats possible only when you are liked by all and respected for your acting skills.RK was very humble and infact generous. Poeple have taken bunglows, cars from him and inudustry people have praised him for being so humble - Khayyam, Raza Murad, Amitabh etc in interviews.Also Amitabh just did angry young man films. Khanna's fimography shows he has done wide varity of films of many genres and achieved success. Romance was just an element in Khanna's films but each film of his was of different genre.Avatar was remade as Baghbhan, Anokha Rishta remade as Lamhe,Nishabd and Sachca Jhuta as Don. Go and See Redrose, Aaj Ka M.L.A Ram Avatr, Babu, Tyaag, Amardeep, Awaaz, Bawarchi etc-- were they romantic films ? they were each of different genres. Khanna has 153 films in 25 years and 128 as lead hero (106 solo hero films and only 22)Amitabh mostly has muti star films only.RK DID MEANINGFUL MOVIES than SRK

Rajesh Khanna coould have reinvented himslef through greater public interaction like game shows. He was a flamboyant showman and was ideally suited for thaqt type of role. Even Amitabh had to take that route to reinvent himself thorugh KBC, when his superstar dyas were over. Perhaps he never got the right advisors, and the industry was only too happy to see his back, having resented his success so much. Anyways well played Kaka. You are being missed and will continue to be missed.

RK achieved his goal more than sufficient he did not fall, actually cinemja fall from good story and music, viwership changed to new faces nothing else it is a trend of movie and cinema people want to see new hero and lady

S.D had fallen sick and the 3 kishoreda SONGS were recorded by THE GREAT R.D .after recovery S.D was angry with R.D for not taking rafi his favorite with whom he had recorded 2 songs, REST IS HOSTORY
