i am not comparing but rajesh khanna was superstar from outside and from heart. Tendu is a beggar and superstar fame does not fit this beggar
I dont think fans were there for the funeral. Fans were for the present set of actors who wanted to be seen and waived at. Aam admi does not care and because he is either unemplyed or just passing by or has take leave from work to grab this opportunity to be close to the famous personalities.
I saw both the movies of AB and RK . the fact is RK has out shone AB may be i is the role but the fact the people who choose the people must have done their job .It was an amazing performance from Rajesh Khanna ,it ill be unfair to leave the singer Mukhesh.
This is the real Amitabh Bacchhan whom most of our country donot know. He is not only a versatile actor but also a very emotional and fine human being, a perfect down to earth gentleman. If AB had left us today, RK would never have walked this 100 metres by foot to pay homage.

true and well said.If there is any actor who is a good human being also....he has to be the great amitabh bachhan.and yes if ever AB leaves us, it would be the end of acting. Then only few buggers will continue to traumatise us all, which few people call as acting.

I understand Big B’s sadness here. Rajesh was a co-star of the same age roughly. Rajesh like Big B were not born rich, yet they managed to achieve all the wealth and fame that a young man dreams of. Most of us will never know that, we will die trying to earn more money for our families. I sympathize with Amitabh Bachchan, the kid from Allahabad who lost a co-worker of the same age (roughly). But he shouldn’t get depressed. Instead he should say that life and death come as they wish, the time I have, I will smile and make others smile. Gautama Buddha once said that there is no better place a man can be in than in someone’s thoughts and someone’s prayers. God Bless these celebrities of yesteryear who shaped and define d post-independence India.
