In Film Industry, No talent is required, If he is a Male artist, he should come with his own Finance and produce his own filnm as a Hero.As Talented people are in Millions in India to suit Bollywood.
Whereas a Girl wants to show her Talent, either she should be from the circle of Film Industry people then only she may get Film as a Heroine or else so many beautiful girls are working in film industry as an Extra i.e in Group, they may be more talented but regret not from the fraternity of Bollywood. Poor and beautiful girls should go thorugh Couching but still not sure she would get a good role or get misused by many resulting in NOWHERE.
I am extremely sorry for Amir Khan not taking issue of Bollywood in his Satyamev melodrama.

Another actress Deepika padukone is also just the same. Thin and ugly looking. Amul also supply milk to her.

Now tell me, why will Salman want to marry if keeps on introducing new women into Bollywood every 6 months ? For the young girls, it is NO PAIN, NO GAIN, if u know what I mean.
