The picture is the more or less dipicted from the old version of Amitabh film Agnipath. There are various reason that it gain the popularaties compare to the previous one: (1)Best Adverstiment media such as various news channels etc at present while in Amitabh time there were this thing was not that much sophesticated. (2) Presence of Sanjay Dutt as a vilian and also the old legend Rishi Kapoor with a negative role. (3)Best Producer such as Karan johar with the best Director to direct this movie. (4)Hrithik as a leading role was outstanding but one cannot compare with the legend Amitabh. (5)If Hrithik gets good director like Mani Ratnam, Kamal Hasan & also similar directors like Rajkumar santoshi, vidhu vinod chopda, and of course legendary type directors similar to hrishikesh Mukherji,Shyam Benagal,Prakash mehra,gurudat) if today Hrithik works with such type of directors his acting will be more improve and he will be considered as the best actors not only in India but also he has the potential to compete in the hollywood films.

5.Ambitabh was a legend as his predecessor its time to give the platform to the new blood and Hrithik did justice to the role his performance is simply unforgetable !!
Original one earned Amitabh a best actor National Award.. Can the new one do same for Hrithik.. Success should never be calculated in money terms.. Amitabh\'s Agneepath is as classical as Guru Dutt\'s Kagaz ke Phool..

Come on already Hrithik did a superb job and he deserves the success & fame...Amitabh is '' history'' he should retire gracefully not degrade himself in acting in such pathetic movies.Amitabh is gone as the saying goes history cant be repeated.
I have seen old movie as well as new movie. The new movie has more intense acting and even Amitabh did not have that spark which Hrithik had in the movie. Therefore, performance-wise Hrithik is better. Amitabh's acting in that movie was looking like over acting and dialogues of Amitabh looked like he was trying to put weight rather than playing the role of the character. You need to appreciate this Agneepath that all characters acted like original characters and Hrithik did not copy Amitabh, Sanjay did not copy Danny and both performaces were superb, no overacting.

Dude, do u know? Amitabh Got a national award for best actor for his great performance in the original. Hrithik is good but still to get a national award is no joke. Amitabh is an institution of acting and should not be compared to these 3rd generation of actors
One more reason is that that time heroins were not glamourous. The Neelam was boring. While Priyanks is hot and also Katrina.I do not know why the girls that time were working in this field when they were remained to be shy.
i have heard from my friends that the new movie was pretty painful .. and to say that the original was a flop is absolute nonsense. i have seen the reaction of the original when it was released, and the current one does not come anywhere near it .. lets leave the media promtion and speak what is true ..

its not the media promotion....its the peoples who are praising hrithiks agneepath.....this AGNEEPATH brand no more belongs to amitabh bacchan....now it is HRITHIK'S AGNEEPATH....go and watch movie ur self then comment......old agneepath was commercially a flop....and thats a well known fact.....even amitabh knows that his couldn't save movie from being flop....or it was his dual tone voice because of which that movie flopped......
