Collection figure is big hyped to cheat gullible movie watchers. It is a cheating tactics stirred by people behind movies and they have purchased all critics to write what they want.

I saw the film purely for Hrithik Roshan, I hate the 1990-Agneepath, still I went to see this movie. Your statement has been proven wrong Mr KG.

I voted for the old Agneepath of BIG B without even watching the new one. BIG B immortalised the character of VIJAY DINANATH CHAVAN and so was done by Danny as KANCHA CHEENA.

When first Agneepath was released it was tanked..it was brutally dissected by the critics & media..it was a sving grace from Yash johar when he redubbed the movie by Amitabh in his real voice..& got some cosolation when Amitabh bagged National best actor award..& now the same critics / people say that the first one was better...check it out...the newer one may be reacalled as "classic" in 2040......ha ha..

It does happen at times... even Andaz apna apna tanked on box office but became a cult classic after-wards.
Old Agneepath without Krishnan Iyer MA would have been a super duper hit....that was the most boring and not to mention of over acting..or expecting Mithun to pull off a south indian character. Karan did a smart thing....he got hrithik to say mera naam Vijay Dinanath Chavan only once....as that dialogue delivery of Hrithik couldnt have matched Amitabhs style at all.
today saw new agneepath.to me sanjay dutt is awesome as kancha chena.once again it has proved that to perform in amitabh bachchan classic it is not mumkin hi nehi na mumkin hai.hritik has tried but it is not near the bijay dinanath chouhan of we saw earlier.only to see how hritik is going to perform in this classic.the result is avarage.thumbs up for sanjay dutt.but not for hritk as bijoy dinanath chouhan for me.

And A as 'O'. I wonder how they teach English Alphabets in Bengal. Two useless letters A and B with sounds exactly like O and V? How would Bengali Teachers explain it to the Bengali students?
And hey.. why don't they spell their state as Poshchim Bongal?

being from bengal doesn't mean one has to be vocally impaired. if he cant even pronounce a simple word properly, how will he ever get a chance to communicate with a european or an american. at least he should learn how to spell correctly.

but why Bengal only..u seen every region has its own accent..any tamilian / hyderabadi / haryanvi / punjabi can be picked up for its unique pronunciation...even british & US have different accents...so what ??

at the last moment ,just 5 min. before the end karan johar realises its hrithik roshan who is the hero and not sanjay dutt, at the time when sanjay dutt who was about to hang him ,hrithik roshan gets up with full of injuries and sanjay dutts people around him and hangs him and the movie ends.
This movie felt me goosebumps right from the beginning, its a wroth watch, dont compare it with old version, it depends on the generation and a gap of so many years, agneepath has done full justice considering the modern era, both the movies are good and their times, hritik has done complete justice in his role, kept him quiet and realistic, i rate this movie awesome and give it 4.5 stars, but lacks at the end which could be more better, kancha has surrendered himself very easily, more action could have added more thrilling in this movie, but overall its far better than bodyguard, ready, dabang and singham, i am damm sure it will break all the reacords and will be the highest grossing movie in the history of bollywood, thnx to karan johar and malhotra for the outstanding direction, and to all the characters in the movies played equally well, sanju looks like devil and rishi was the perfect lala and kaali was innocent and naughty and at last hritik marvelous what an outstanding actor he is, he has showed what he is capable of leaving behind salman and ajay, if he gets more good characters then that day is not far when he would be the no1 actor of bollywood.Never comapare him with bachan sahab, both are great at their times and roles cheers to agneepath and hritik and all the team members of this awesome movie.

Well, not better than Singham, atleast. Agneepath is nothing but a decent larger- than-life revenge drama. Singham was far more entertaining than this. It was also liked by Indian Police, as they could very well relate it to the film. Plus the climax of Singham was way better than Agneepath's.

After seeing comments here like yours...I can expect that after sometime people would start calling movies like Ra.One, Don2 and Bodyguard, Ready ..better than Agnipath, and will put them into the league of classic...may be after 2-3 years definition of classic will be changed by your kinda guys or these new guys of bollywood....keep on blabbing...as all u guys have lost head heart to respect the art of film making and only concerned with hit-flop like baniyagiri.
