the reason why most foreigners think cheaply of Indians is bcos most of us dont have an identity of our own and shamelessly ape western culture. Also when some American Celeb visits India most Bollywood celebs shamelessly go to meet them and treat them like they are some gods! When someone from Bollywood goes to America even junior grade actors dont go to meet or greet them! Start building some self respect Bollywood!

Bollywwod's self-respect has been totally bought over by Middle-East, you know? Dubai, Abu Dhabi, mirates & all that stuff.

Hollywood stars are bigger celebrities and known around the world and they are celebrities to bollywood stars. There is nothing wrong it that. To become world famous they must have some substance.

If you visit a place in India nobody will care but if its Amitabh there will be a huge crowd. Its the same difference. First of all many people in US do not know who Amitabh is. He may be a biggest star in India but not in US.

Why Indians run after western celebrities. In the West, they dont care about their celebrities as much as we do in India. Here, SRK, Salman, Aamir, Hrithik etc are treated as Gods. And western celebrities like Oprah are Gods of our Gods.... what a joke.
