Where do we get to see such films made across India on a wider basis? Producers of regional movies rarely take the efforts to release such movies in multiplex theatres with subtitles. Not even DVDs with good subtitles!
Does the rest of India have to be at the mercy of some Bollywood filmmaker who may steal/ officially remake such films? More often than not, such attempts have always fallen flat, as, in the name of 'Bollywoodization', characters and even plots are changed to suit a hero's image, realistic setting is replaced by Sharmishta Roy-type garish sets, item songs and bhangra beats introduced and ... the original maker never even gets mentioned in the credits!
Filmmakers like David Dhawan, Satish Kaushik, Anees Bazmi and Rohit Shetty are theg usual culprits!

It's not a copy of 300 my friends. This story is about a theif and a warrior. How a theif becomes a warrior for his people. Should see the film.
