Irfan misfit! No good physic!

Irfan khan as Paan Singh Tomar is absolutely misfit. Irfan does not have athletic physic nor good body language and has limited one track acting ability. Some one like Nana Patekar would have been best suited for this role.

If you have seen the real Tomar you would be surprised to that he did not look like a subedar or an athlete. He just looked pretty ordinary. And if you would have imagined him as decait, he would have been a big misfit. But that is life.

Dear Deepak, Once you see the movie, you will change your opinion. Irfan is showcasing an athletic body in this movie and he is living the character. Simply Brilliant!

Excellent coverage of the making of this film
by prakash gowda on Feb 22, 2012 11:10 AM

Kudos to Rediff team to include such exhaustive information on the making of Paan Singh Tomar. Such kind of hard work and dedication for a film needs to be applauded - not in front of the computer screen, but the auditorium. Just can't wait to watch this film. Wish the filmmakers all the best for their sincere endeavors.
