There is no dubbing system in kannada industry.Tamil movies dub to Telugu and vice versa.Even Big budget movies are being made in one language and dubbed the same in other languages like Hindi, Telugu,Tamil & Malayalam except kannada.So obviously films from other industries remake their movies in kannada.

The same producer of tamil has remade in kannada with improved corrections. So what is wrong with you?

I believe not. Screenplay is one of the main aspects of film-making and a poor one does not help. 3.5 is such a high rating for such a movie.
