spelling of waste = w a s t e stop wasting your time typing comments on rediff
"Son of Sardar", "Dabang 2" and "Khiladi 786" should also be included in the list.Watching These movies is really paiful and wastage of time & money.Dont know what is criteria for a HIT or FLOP but not a single PLUS we can take out of these 3 movies

Whatever you, Salman and Arbaaz walked happily to the bank after the collection soared to new heights. 65 crores in first 3 days and you call it a failure in box office.

Ratio would be 100:1 pro Bollywood. You don't need to defend the poor state of Hindi/Urdu cinema, because this is even visible for illiterate Bihari masses.
Heroine was a average movie..The movie was made at a budget of 32 cr thats true..But at the same time it made 38 cr nett domestice collections..cannot understand how they come up with such figures.

These days movies desparately try to recover the cost by having maximum screen releases. Thats the reason for the feud between Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Son of Sardar fiasco.
Bottomline is that the movies heavily bank on star power. If they only bank on strong scripts rest would just be a cake walk.
Sadly as Javed Akhtar once pointed out, there is a serious shortage of good scripts in Bollywood at the moment. The results are here for all to see in form of innumerable flops year after year.
