indians to be blamed
by sadindian on Dec 28, 2012 02:43 PM

i can see many people saying that act of unintentional killing need not be punished!!!!!!!! i just can not digest this...the actor was probably drunk while he was driving or simply was driving in a very rash manner just like most of the rich people do...now wht abt the poor man who died?? wht the actor has committed is a dreadful crime..u will realize that when such a thing happens to ur dear one...n why do u blame the judiciary and police??? blame the brainless indians (all of us) who still enjoy his "dabbang" act, forgetting that he is a murderer..who killed a fellow amongst us whose life was sacrificed to satisfy the adrenaline rush of chulbul pandey...just think...the person died was also once cared passinately by his parents..like all of us care our kids...n one day he was killed in cold blood by a super star...can anything be more sad than this!!!!!...this particular accident happened only because the actor just did not bother abt others...n their lives..as if he is authorized to kill anyone...next time may be ur son/daughter enjoying an icecream at the footpath...n so wht??? its ur son/daughter...other indians can still enjoy him beating up bad boys....

From lower to apex courts same pitiable stories
by Rajan Sodankur on Dec 27, 2012 02:46 PM  | Hide replies

dispensation of justice is skewed in favor of the rich and powerful and against the poor and powerless, The courts are conducting the proceedings as if the judges, victims and the accused have infinitely long lives. The goddess of justice is literally blind folded in India without sense of relevance of timeliness to justice.See what happened to Ruchika's molestation, Arushi's murder case, Delhi's BMW hit and run case, Lalu's fodder, Maya's Taj corridor cases

Case of un-intentional kill, even if you jail such culprit, what you will attain only ego satisfaction, rather govt. will spend lacs and lacs for keeping. Why not take huge penalty. 10 years mental botheration itself a punishment.

Salman is neither hard core criminal nor professional criminal. Our law needs to be reformed, for such paying capacity people, heavy penalty is solution, so that money is used for welfare of people.

Salman

Salman is not professional or hard core criminal. culprits like Salman and other influential people should be exempt from court proceedings in person, rather put on capital punishment, so that money can be extracted and used for taking correction.

Pathetic Judiciary and law enforcement!
by Angry on Dec 27, 2012 01:51 PM  | Hide replies

Unless such high profile culprits, including Sahini Ahuja case procecute and punish in short duration and set an example to nation. People will not take law and order seriously and keep playing like what has happened in Delhi.

Learn from Singapore where however reach, powerful you are they make sure culprits are procecuted, jailed and canned. Whole country remember that for many years to come and have fear for law.
