This a mix of Raapakal, Vesham and Nandanam nothing great, for Mamooka fans this will be the best they ever get, but even collection wise this movie is fair behind Da Thadiya (hit) and even Karmayodha which is so bad it should have flopped but is drawing crowds? I Love me is the only movie behind Baavuti and its a flop

Mammooty needs to rethink his strategy. He works with newcomers and outdated directors without even reading the script. What would work for him right now would be another CBI movie directed by Jithu Joseph Of My Boss fame. His first movie was a very goodi investigative flick called Detective. While i like K Madhu, his recent Banking hours 9-4 showed that he has totally lost it. Face2Faces Vinu has made one decent movie in his life with Mohanlal. Baavutis director was jobless for the last 10 Years? To kickstart his career an action movie with Diphan or Joshi (what is the issue there? Used to be Mamookas godfather), a class movie with Dr. Janardhan (Akasathinthe Niram), flicks with Ashiq Abu and Lal Jose (already in the pipeline as per reports).

most of the theatres are vacant.it didn't get an initial collection.it is far behind than da thadiya and karmayodha

Too much promotion form mammooty fans for the beautifull movie.....Axxo, Bavooty is just a normal fare like rappakal....wat is so beautiful abt it,.....It will b beautifful for mammooty fans, as last 11 films were flops....Elsewise contentwise tell whats that one factor thats new in bavooty?

I too agreed that. But most critics were gr8. No critics said its outstanding but most said good movie or feel good movie. C, I'm not mammootty fan, but the way lal shouts here feels pity. I too didn't feel run baby or spirit as gr8 movies. Also lal acting is not outstanding as olden days. Same old expression, still y u people r praising more than he deserve

how could you say that in the movie spirit mohanlals acting was not upto the mark,, how could you justify what u said ,,seriouslyy have u seen the old films in which mohanlal was drunkard and u can easily notice differences from the way he is holding glass and how he is smoking while talkingg,, if u really notice u can see mohanlal making a pause in dialogue delivery and the way his hand shivers,,,seriously pls don say just like that,, mohanlal is a gem,, if u disagree with me pls just watch the movie once againn plsss

agree Mohanlal was awesome in Spirit his entire body language was outstanding, the outbursts, fantastic, and i felt it was really nice that the climax and most of the second half didnt focus on him only but on Nandu who was equally brilliant as Plumber Manian
