Mr. Bachhan or his cohorts seem to have fed him so wrong information, How can he generalise that girls in small towns study up to grade 8 (is there any national statistic showing this?). The population is comprised of 50% women again our country is grappling with a gender inequality problem where is this number coming from?
some people keep asking for new generations. old generations had worked and they do not even get recognition, that is pity. so why should people ask and ask for new generation. Does it hurt sentiments of people, if old generation gets award, recognition. Hope we give some recognition to senior people, everyone has a due, otherwise all will become manna dey, who has no songs now or pass away like a k hangal.

KBC did not sink when SRK was the host. In fact, it attracted more youngsters from urban areas instead of the hindi belt semi educated rural populace that crowds the show when AB is hosting it.
