I agree it is all from the perspective of men. It is quite realistic that there are more men who try hard at that age. But no movie before has shown such a character so honestly. If anything, hero gets love at first sight or through witty dialogues. But this movie is realistic and does not make adoloscent men feel like losers compared to their heroes in the movies who get their love quite unrealistically. The director needs to have guts to take such a movie.

I totally agree, every hero talks about how true his love is and that the heroine is belittling the and that looks don't maketh a true lover. But heroes seem to fall in love only with beautiful girls. Why not a film where a not so beautiful heroine pesters, threatens and makes the hero realize her's is true love and that love is not in the face but in the heart

there was a beautiful film titled "Poo" made not long ago based on female side of the love story. But it didn't become a big success. If people don't encourage how'll the film makers have the courage to take those subjects ?
