Will see biggest drop also
by ABC XYZ on Aug 18, 2012 11:39 AM  | Hide replies

The biggest opening is all due to big hype created for the movie and publicity. Since the movie is far below people's expectations it will witness biggest drop also in coming days and would wash out by next week.

No Wonder

This is due the fact that there is steep increase in tickets i.e. On single screen by @ 20 Rs. & in multiplexes it is @ 200-300 Rs. Hence naturally collection will be more. Not a big deal

A Slow Motion Movies ...
by Best Message on Aug 18, 2012 11:09 AM

I Saw this movie last night and believe me ...
01. Its a utter Slow Movie
02. Movie doesn't match with Trailers. Trailers say something and movie say something.
03. Unncessary propaganda of Raw & ISI issue.
04. Movie is not a action movies its a slow love story.
05. Salman appearance is like Bodyguard's Suited Booted Salman.
06. No Thrill in any sequence.
07. Unmatched Story parts. 1st half hour and next half and next half don't match. Even if u miss 1st hour, you don't miss plot.
08. Perfect example of over hype.
09. I don't think it will cross Rs. 100 Cr mark.
10. Boring Movie.

Those days were gone
by Sesshu Sayye on Aug 18, 2012 11:06 AM

Those were the days, where a movie get released used to celebrate 50, 100, 175, 250 days and so on (movies like sholay, DON - ABacchan etc.,).. Now a days the producers or directors or actors celebrate the openings of the movie or reaching 100 cr or 200 cr.. As one of the friend suggested, it doesnt determine the quality of the movie. Now a days movies are stuffed with multi starrers, rich locations (abroad), lavishing sets. Where are those days which has quality dialogues, hummable songs, enjoyable comedy scenes, entertaining scenes, towering performances. Looking at the current scenario, where in a multiplex a film will be released, that multiplex shows nearly 10-15 shows a day, so it is quite evident that a movie is getting good collections. Same movie after a week is reduced to 2-3 shows in the same theater. So what's there to boast about the collections. Common bollywood, try to bring some good ideas, good quality movies. STOP BOASTING ABOUT 1st DAY COLLECTIONS OR REACHING 100 CRORES..
