He was in his prime, and a star, when Rajani entered movies as a newcomer. Though he took initiative from Mehmood, he had his own style of acting. He acted well in emotional roles also. So, your statement is improbable.

don't know y but y south indians can't look beyond rajni. I mean he is gr8 but there r other ppl in world also
