I saw Hritik in Delhi T3.................he looked so different from how the camera catches him..............his body certainly looked abused and he could not even stand straight, he seemed to have a permanent bend of his knees and his shoulder leaning forward..............he looked frail and nowhere near what the media projects............

It is not about looks i am talking about........it is that the actors are not to be taken as role models............they abuse their body for a few minutes of fame.............most are not positively healthy and we should not confuse between being healthy and fit. No point pursuing being or appearing to be fit when one is not healthy...........ideal would be being healthy and fit............or else atleast being healthy as the first step.
No doubt hrithik is very good looking and versatile actor. but many people below are making negative comments about SRK. Had this topic been about srk more than 500 comments wud have been here. So people shud think before they comment about SRK. He is superstar of present era bigger than any other.
Indians have a reputation of being soft, unathletic, pot-bellied, ugly looking people. That is the typical stereotype of Indians in the West.
Now most Indians cannot change their face. But what they can change is their body. All it takes is 2-3 days of work out and weight training to have a decent body.
If you have a good body, no matter how bad the face is, the body compensates for it and the person can still look decent.
I work out few times a week and the results are great.
Eating loads of rice and carbs and very little protien has ruined Indian genetics. It shows up in their body as well as their manhood(Indians have tiny member).
People, please work out. It not only makes you look good, but also gives you good health and the over all life becomes more easier.
Indians should get inspiration from Hrithik, Salman etc. You do not need 6 packs. But a good work out will tone the body.

I agree with you regarding keeping oneself fit....but what put me off at the very start was the perception of the west about indians.why do we really give so much importance to what the westerners think or not think.....keep yourself fit but not bcos you want to change the thinking of the west...is it that important....n i guess there are more unfit obese people in america than in india

I have a 7 inch member. I don't agree that all Indians have willies smaller than 4 inches.
Its embarrassing when the national average is only 3.8 inches. My 2 year old son has a 3 inch one for God's sake. How can the whole country have a member comparable to a 2 yr old kid?

to build a body like this. While he works hard and plays hard, most keyboard warriors on this board criticize him while sipping tea from a cup rested on their ponch
