For sequel the story should be that 3 avengers (Captain America, Iron Man, Black widow) are publicly caught doing it. Hulk goes g1y and falls in love with Bruce Banner - so mentally he becomes useless. At this time the world bows down and request ra1 to help avengers to save the world. Ra1 says yes and helps all of them. he shows Thor how to use his hammer. he teaches hawkeye how to shoot an arrow. he helps hulk overcome his g1y feelings. he tells captain america that is name should be captain india. and ra 1 beats iron man in fist to knuckles showdown. in the end black widow goes mad because of her love for ra1 but before that ra1 has i m p l a n t e d his OS in her and a baby ra1 comes out of her.
he then takes this team and destroys the baddies in great showdown.
Problem is that nothing new has been done with the heroes just a continuation from Iron Man, thor and Captain America...however Hulk was superb. Also the 3d effects were very good, added a lot to the actions scenes. No story however: Loki wants to take over the world with an alien army he brings though the cube,Nick Fury brings Avengers together and stop him. Thats it.Also the midsection on the airship is too long.Overall though much better fun than anything else around, nice one liners and jokes...and u'll clap for all the Hulk scenes...much better than Tezzzzzzzzzzz

Dark Knight is a great movie due to the story and character development rather than just action. That was a movie you just wanted to go on and on.
If makers had the common sense to make Avengers beg SRK alias Ra1 to join them, this film would have been the biggest hit of all time. Just the thought of all the Avengers and Ra1 working hand in hand, neck to neck and hip to cool is ehough to give you goosebumps. Lets pass a signed petition on this subject so that the Avenger sequel use SRK.

Why are you insulting legendary comic super heroes? There'll be a sequel for The Avengers which will release on 2014 but the better news is Srk will never ever get offered a role.
