I really wish RGV and the others would leave classics like Sholay, Zanjeer, Deewar, Don and so many other classics untouched.It is painful to see a classic like Sholay being ground into the dust by a mindless venure like AAG. Ramesh Sippy himself could not overcome a colossus like Sholay despite the fabuolouly acted and scripted SHAKTI and the dazzling camerwork of SAAGAR (though Saagar's story let it down). And now they are talking of remaking Zanjeer.....may not be in the same class of SHOLAY but a landmark movie that started the whole angry young man image. The original DON again may not match up to SHOLAY but was so entertaining and fast paced...SRK just could not overcome the enormours weight of the original.
Are these guys so short of stories now that they need to keep plundering classics?

RGV isanidiot Rangeela Sathya and Company were flukes rest all of his movies are bad. Urmila made him not the other way round.
