The scene from AppuRaja where Appu leans that the circus owners daughter does not love him, is pretty emotional one.

Nothing comes even close to Anand, the scene can stiil give you goosebumps after all these years. Saaranash was another masterpiece of controlled emotions (Anupam Kher and Rohini Hattangadi perhaps never again close to their best ever)

Today you don't nees acting skills to make the audience cry.Just create a marketing hype and just make a 'bomb' of a movie which goes 'Phut" -shelling out 250 bucks at multiplex ,there is no choice but to cry in agony for the loss of time and money.More so, the 2 hours of your life will never come back.

yes. Pinjar was masterpeice. many scenes in the movie bring tears to eyes, especially the last scene when Manoj Vajpeyi ask for forgiveness and Urmila's act in the last scene. SRK movies , tears comes in eyes for other reasons ;)
