Many fellows have eaten money and ghai became a bakra. When his films started flopping he should have realized that his good times are over and he should play safe. It is not common to see anyone succeed all throughout his life in everything he does. In these games people who take money under the table are the gainers and as there is no proof of that they always enjoy. Ghai should atleast now open up his mouth and state who has eaten how much. Ghai made money and lost all that, a cycle is complete. Supreme court should be harsh on such cases because otherwise all and sundry will do the same. Government land belongs to the people and it cannot be given away to an individual, whatever is the purpose of it. If a film institute cannot survive on private land then it is not worth having that. Lots of superhits are made in hindi, why they do not contribute a part of their profits and buy land for an institutue? Asking for govt land has become a habit with people, and it must be stopped.

Ten years back he paid 3 crores for a piece of land worth 66 crores. Didn't he realize that it was a part of scam. He must have greased a good numbers of palms.Such people go to any extent to get their work done and when come under scan then they try to gain sympathy from public in the name of working for the "society". People like Ghai in connivance with politicians have looted this state.

How much money you made Mr. Ghai in this international venture? How many bribes did you pay to get a prime piece of land ? You feel cheated by the Maharashtra govt. We feel you cheated the people of Maharashtra for personal gains.
