Farhan looks so similar to the main protagonist...good casting...but i doubt if the movie will be good as the director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra is a fluke director....he is actually mediocre. Lets hope the movie turns out to be good.
real test of an actor is when they transform completely while playing characters from the real world. In India today, very few can boast of that rare talent. Knowing Farhan's natural lisping (ingerited from dad Javed Akhtar), will he not lisp in this film? Remains to be seen.
As far as the physical appearance and the face resemblance is concerned it is quiet close to Milkha singh, Hope the movie is also as inspiring as his life.

He is a decent actor...much better than at least three of the four Khans (barring Amir).

Wonder whether they have put one of Milkha Singh's most powerful & remembered quotes in the film?
While resting after a run in one of tournaments, he was asked by a journo, "Are you Relaxing?" Pat had ome the reply, "No, no; I'm Milkha Singh....."

may be his english was poor .. when Journalist asked Are you Relaxing ? He said no I am Milkha Singh ... Journalist should have asked Are you Milkha Singh ? he would have said Yes I am Milkha Singh ...

Well Pat Thakur....seems your english is good...so how many olympic medlas in your english speaking family...do remember that he is indian and does speak his mother toungue. How many brit athlete's do you know that speak in Hindi......y is every indian expected to understand english when half of europe does not......pls leave the slave mentality behind.....it might be beneficial to know english but it's not shameful in anyway if you dont..........
