Darshan is getting victimised
by jatin kumar on Sep 27, 2011 09:59 PM  | Hide replies

I want to know is there any law in favor of men. I heard that if wife lodges a complaint against husband for dowry harassment then there is no bail for that and without any investigation husband will be behind bars. I have seen cases where this law is misused that to within my own friends. There is a case where wife beats husband and if he revolts back then she blackmails him on dowry harassment. He loves his parents very much and never wants to live away from them but wife has made his parents to move out of their home and in case if husband revolts for this she beats him. Is this the law that we should follow. I am sorry that some or the other day men start committing suicide. And one more thing, Darshan is behind the bar and has any investigation happened about his involvement in that rude act or have they quietly taken him to jail. And if everybody are insisting on darshan's imprisonment and shouting slogans that he should be kept in jail for whatever he has done then I want to know one thing that sanjay dutt who is a celebrity got bail for TADA for conspiracy against the nation and he was the first person to get bail in TADA and that to against all legal laws. Can anybody please explain?

there may be cases where women misuse the law and there may be cases when its real.. so u cant generalise.. Darshan's wife's bruises and cigarette burns were examined by doctors and they gave a report to court. Based on that only, they denied him bail. And for Sanjay Dutt, it is not the same court that gave bail to Sanjay. and case against darshan is 'attempt to murder', not TADA conspiracy. so the comparison is baseless. u r blabbering some non-sense just because of the hero-worship u have for darshan.. nothing else..

stupid have u got any problem in your brains. My topic is misusing of legal laws. If women who has left her parents and living with her husband doesn't mean that she can use the law in her favour. Inspite that husband's parents are very good many wives are till now misusing the law. Read an article in deccan herald of july issue. Many husbands in bangalore went for a strike against this law. First understand the topic and then speak. Don't speak bullshit.

Yes, unfortunately Dowry is still a very BIG SOCIAL PROBLEM. There are countless women and their parents suffering because of this social evil. Till dowry is totally eliminated this law will exist. It has helped a lot of women. And yes, unfortunately there may be some women who have misused this law.

Let us not defend Darshan here, he beat his wife she was in the hospital beaten black and blue, that is enough...he is a hero only on screen, in real he is fallible.

Then let sanjay dutt go behind the bars. why only darshan should be targetted. Let Sanjay dutt and darshan share the same room in jail. This is totally unfair. Darshan has no political backing. I am not defending darshan but why seperate rules.

Bane
by Rythm on Sep 27, 2011 05:21 PM

It is the bane of regional films. Heroes are very sure of their fan following, their likes and dislikes. They are very scared therefore to experiment. They get slotted more and more with the kind of films that they do. Same is the case with many telugu heroes as well and to some extent some tamil heroes and Salman Khan/Akshay Kumar
