her so called mega hits.. 3 idiots, golmaal 3, bodyguard and so on would be hits even with any other heroine.. she had not much to do with them.. her only and only decent movie till date was jab we met.. most of her career is flop ridden.. she's really the female abhishek bachachan
Seems that the reporter has taken money from the actress for projecting her as no 1. She was never number 1 and is not no 1. In fact, the present scenario does not recognize anybody as no 1.

The movies that have done well (3 Idiots, Golmaal Returns etc) have her as a part of the ensemble or totally dominated by the hero (Bodyguard).

Admittedly, Kareena has all these but she is not the number one in the way Rekha, Sreedevi or Madhuri were. They ran movies at the box office with Shekhar Suman, Sanjay Kapoor as heroes. Kareena just vanishes behind a superstar or an ensemble cast

This is a badly analyzed write up. In truth, Kareena is box office poison. She actually managed to give super flops Mr and Mrs Khanna (with Salman coming off Wanted) and Qurban (with Saif coming off Love AAj Kal). The movie fails miserably if it is promoted with Kareena as one of the main attractions. The movies that have done well (3 Idiots, Golmaal Returns etc) have her as a part of the ensemble or totally dominated by the hero (Bodyguard).
