Not a good film -why go for Toronto. Sonam can not act and Sahid is no great genius. By the way title of the film reminds me of Gulzar's Mausam. Oh what a brilliant film that was with Sharmila and Sanjeev Kumar. We wish Old Mausam shown in international film festival.
Whats the use pampering such ignorants on Indian Hindi film ? Who cares if this little-civilized westerners are appreciating our Hindustani sentiments or have any caliber to realize even an iota of our culture or not? No point in faking great depending on their accolades....its simply uncalled for we Bharatbasi. Stand strong on your own feet and be proud of your own assets.

"this little-civilized westerners".Mr M they dont,wont see Indian movies.Hindi films are released in US UK Canada for Indians living there.

This Mausam looks like a "meaningful" movie. IF we seek masala entertainment, I think we can ignore all the discussion on meaningful cinema. Let the meaningful cinema fans discuss and have fun among themselves. But I guess its a little too much to ask these meaningful cinema fans to leave all discusssions surrounding masala films alone. They will come there and put down that kind of cinema, since masala films are discussed everywhere and they cant resist having a go at the lesser mortals. We need to ignore them completely. They dont matter. They are just jealous.
