darshan might be riding crores of rupees worth of projects, but it makes him all the more important to be booked for unlawful activities. if he gets away, then everyone else would want the same way. the politicians in the jail would say why is an actor spared ? darshan's truth is already out. nobody would want to watch his movies, now that he's a fallen star.
for a supposed gangster, he's a wretched wimp who beats his hapless wife and 3 year old son. what a wimp!

After all, both are good actors! The politician lies through his/her teeth. The actor puts on a mask for his/her livelihood. Both have hardly any time to see reality. Therefore, both are terrified of the consequences of actions they commit in reality.
The sickness is a symptom of the disconnect between their natural being and their made up persona. When the veil is torn, their natural behavior does not know how to cope up with the real experience. This leads to stress because the brain does not know how to handle the 'chemical locha'. That is why they have breathlessness, chest pain, blood pressure, uneasiness... all these are signs of a sudden and unexpected exposure to an unfamiliar situation.
In essence, some specimens that belong to both this categories of human beings, become deranged dam caps after habitual exposure to an unreal aura of self-worth, importance, and status that is not in proportion to their existence as normal human beings.
I hope I've unraveled your confusion. The Khali knows all.
