Salman deserves every bit of this super success. He is talented, good looking and was always popular. If he was ambitious and media savvy, this could have happened much earlier. Nevertheless, his popularity is finally getting translated into the mind blowing commercial success. Good for him. God bless him!
Salman is the only star who has remained in the top bracket for the past 20 years without any support from the media. And I am not talking about the month of film promotions when producers manage some good publicity. Apart from that Media has only used and abused him and they are still doing the same. But Salman has triumphed over all the mean and cheap tactics of his rivals and the media. This is true success.
India does not credit the tough guy actors much like a Gene Hackman or Robert De Niro or Clint Eastwood or Steve McQueen or Henry Fonda etc. These guys could not do a Titanic hero role I mean. They were different.
I mean the likes of Nana Patekar will not get many roles (rare ones like a low budget Ab Tak Chappan) in the lead. I guess one needs to be a pretty boy and dance around the females. Devgan is ok though in a film like Apaharan.
Hrithik is only actor who has mass fan-following like Khans.AJay's constitency in delivering hits is great.But he should mould into more in form of Aamir as he got acting skills.
