Rahul Gandhi, Dick Vijay Singh, Manish Tiwari are suitable to replace Atkinson for this role.
My Favorite Moment. When he was trying to brush his teeth and wash his face while driving his car on the way to his work. This was later copied by Govinda in Hero No.1
Channels like POGO repeatedly airing Mr Bean is actually a bad influence on growing uup children, who tend to repeat his antics and mannerism. good if Mr Atkins stops playing Mr Bean and Even better if the show is stopped OR certified only for adult viewing.

there is a thing called remote control for every tv, change the channel or remove that channel for your list. The best way ofcourse is to pull the poiwer cord off the plug point.... 99 out of 100 children enjoy these Mr. Bean shows, the odd man out turns to become Raghunandan V.

If you clearly observe this show, even though he seems to be a bad antics or mannerism as you said, the way he solves all the problems that he gets into is an innovation. It makes the viewer to think out of the box and think laterally.
