there r so many females frm common public who dress much better than these bollywood actors ..!!

If the poll is regarding Indian Women then including just including bollywood superstars wil b unfair !!

If someone prefer to be on two piece always and keep displaying plump now and then are best dressed... well, we are just loosing our the so called dress sense. Possibly read the book sense and civility to know the facts of best dressed. Priyanka is too far away even to be called as dressed, forget about best dressed.
