i think this is the third action movie this guy has trashed,i dont why they keep sending this "drama" fixated sissy to review action movies. this guy does not understand the concept of an action movie at all, why the F should u expect drama from an action movie, its all abt fast pace adrenline pumping action, this movie is really awesome. both for kids and adults, why do they send this sissy i dont understand.
Real Steel is a Real Deal. It is full family entertainer. You want to take your kids and watch this movie. Although, perception of the movie was different, it was true to its content and anture and made it more entertaining. After a longtime, you had an opportnity to watch feel good movie in Hollywood!! I like it and Love it!! this movie deserves better than 2.5. It is at least 3.5

Giving Real Steel a mere 2.5 is surely doing it injustice. Yes, the movie does not claim to have any groundbreaking plot. But its content is sincere...and entertaining. It's a Robot Rocky for sure, but it evolves into something more than that. Watching the bond between Hugh Jackman and Dakota build slowly over the passage of Adam (Atom)'s victories is as heartwarming as the victories are thrilling. Yes, it is cliche'd. But there is logic enough to defend that. The script is basic, but consistent, with no narration flaws. The direction is superb. And the performances commendable. The kids will the love the Robot Wars...and the grown ups will surely appreciate the emotional bonds. I know I missed my father when the kid looks at his dad with pride in his eyes
